Welcome to

Laura Crossley Therapy

A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life

Welcome to Laura Crossley Therapy

Hi, I'm Laura, and a warm welcome to my counselling practice.

As a BACP registered integrative therapist, I support individuals through life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with work stress, school stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help. I offer a warm, friendly, and professional space where clients can speak openly, free from judgement.

My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing a safe environment for self-exploration and growth. Together, we'll work on understanding your concerns and developing strategies to improve your mental health and overall well-being. Whether you have a clear idea of what's troubling you or you're unsure, I'm here to support you on your journey of self-discovery and positive change.

How Counselling Can Help You

Counselling is a collaborative journey where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential environment. It's a place where you can speak openly without fear of judgement, and where we work together to understand and address the challenges you're facing.

Through counselling, we can work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My aim is to support you in developing healthier coping mechanisms and improving your self-esteem and confidence. Many clients find they learn to communicate more effectively and discover ways to better manage their emotions and behaviours. Ultimately, counselling supports you in working towards your personal goals and aspirations.

Counselling for Young People

Having worked as a secondary school counsellor and with 6th form students, I have a special connection with young people. If you're a parent of a teenager or young adult (12+), I understand the unique pressures they face. Our sessions are all about your child – creating a safe space where they can express themselves freely and feel truly heard. Together, we'll build trust and work on developing the tools they need to navigate their world with confidence.

Ready to take the first step?

I offer a free 15-minute intro call or Zoom session where we can get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me. I look forward to hearing from you and starting this journey together.

My location

My practice is based in Frimley, which is conveniently accessible from Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, Fleet, Bracknell, and Woking, as well as the surrounding areas. I offer in-person counselling sessions at the Regus building in Frimley, a professional and welcoming environment where various businesses and practitioners operate.

The office is located on the ground floor of a shared building, making it easily accessible for all clients, including those with mobility needs. The space is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can comfortably attend their sessions.

For those driving to appointments, paid parking is available on-site, providing convenient access to the building. If you prefer public transport, there are good transport links to the area, which I'd be happy to discuss in more detail based on your specific travel needs.
